Our dishes are created by our Chefs enabling them to utilise the fresh ingredients of the season, support local suppliers and listen to the pupils, students and staff to develop site specific menus designed around the ethos and values of the educational establishment. Our Chefs are trained to cater for all dietary needs which include a robust system for allergens. Our menus encourage pupils and students to adopt a balanced diet through nutritious and healthy choices.
