Connect Training Terms and Conditions

Confirmation
Training sessions booked with Connect training will be considered final with the submission of a completed booking form and full payment acknowledging agreement to the Connect training terms and conditions.
Any provisional telephone requests for training must be confirmed in writing.
Payment
All payments should be in the form of a cheque payable to Connect Catering Ltd.  This should be sent with the completed booking form.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel with:

  • More than six weeks notice there will be a 25% cancellation fee charge
  • Less than six weeks notice there will be a 50% cancellation fee charge
  • Less than four weeks notice there will be a full fee forfeit

Refunds where applicable will be made within 30 days of receipt of the written cancellation.
Substitutions
Substitutions of a candidate for another suitable candidate may be made before an event at no extra charge.
Transfer
If you wish to transfer with more than six weeks notice there is a 10% charge, with less than six weeks notice there is a 25% charge
General
Connect Catering reserves the right to cancel a course or part of a course at any time and will attempt to reschedule the course at a time convenient to you or will offer you a full refund. Under no circumstances will compensation be payable nor will Connect Catering be liable for any loss of profit.
