ISO Certification Update

Retaining Our Robust Standards

Following our June external audit, we are delighted to announce that we have successfully retained our four ISO certifications for the next three years. This reflects our commitment to maintaining high standards and having the correct management systems in place for quality assurance.

ISO 9001

This is the international Standard for Quality Management System. Connect originally received certification in 2001 and have retained it since. This ensures our procedures and processes are fully traceable, using a robust and resilient system. This standard helps us to improve our performance, meet customer expectations and demonstrates our commitment to quality.

ISO 14001

This is the international standard for Environment Management System. Connect originally received certification in 2007 and have retained it since. This standard shows we continually improve our environmental performance through more efficient use of resources, packaging and recycling and the reduction of food waste and miles.

ISO 50001

This is the international standard for Energy Management System. Connect originally received certification in 2015 and have retained it since. This standard demonstrates that we have a heathy energy management system in place and reducing our energy consumption and environmental impact is a priority.

ISO 45001

This is the international standard for Occupational Health & Safety System. Connect originally received certification in 2019 and have retained it since. This standard shows our commitment to improving employee health and safety, reducing workplace risks and creating better and safer working conditions.
