 Connect Catering have achieved

Only 28% of accredited organisations achieve gold and at the crux of it, it means that every single employee

is involved in supporting each other and is doing their best to make Connect even better.

 

The assessment measures how well Connect lead, support and develop every member, of every team. We are grateful to all our employees who took part in the survey and the one to one interviews.

 

Our ‘We invest in people’ assessment was a great opportunity for us to hear from our employees and with our ongoing aim to continually improve our workplace, we have used the feedback to create an action plan, to keep making changes, to keep improving and keep moving forward.

 

We truly believe that the success of Connect begins and ends with our employees. If we make work better for everyone, we make Connect stronger, healthier and happier.
