Sales Team

Cherry

HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING

Cherry brings over two decades of experience in sales, marketing, and business development across the commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Since joining Connect, Cherry has been shaping a dynamic and forward-thinking sales and marketing strategy, ensuring Connect continues to evolve while staying true to its values. Cherry brings energy, creativity and an enthusiasm for food and people which shines through everything she does. Cherry leads a talented team across sales, bids and marketing, and is focused on expanding Connects presence in key sectors including business & industry, education, and care. Cherry is committed to growing Connects customer base and strengthening its reputation as a vibrant, flexible caterer that delivers exceptional service.

 

Favourite dish: Fried Plantain, Caribbean Style Ox tail, Corn on the Cob & Macaroni Cheese. A Caribbean classic.


Fun Fact: Cherry adds a touch of sparkle to everything she owns. If it doesn’t have diamante on it, it’s not really hers!

Kirstie

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Kirstie is Connect Catering’s powerhouse of people skills, big ideas, and boundless energy. With a solid sales background of 20+ years and a knack for building brilliant relationships, she’s all about turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Need a catering solution that fits like a glove? Kirstie’s your go-to. She knows the industry inside out and brings a fresh, friendly approach to every conversation. No jargon, no fluff, just smart, tailored solutions.

With her quick wit and infectious laugh, Kirstie keeps clients engaged and the team in stitches. Business might be serious, but working with her never feels like a chore.

 

Favourite dish: Roast Rib of Beef with all the Trimmings. A comforting classic.


Fun Fact: Kirstie’s cooking skills are as legendary as her knack for getting lost on country roads. When she’s not roasting, grilling, or poaching, she’s off exploring with her two dogs, Dotty and Mabel in her camper van.

Freya

BID & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Our in-house Wordsmith who joined Connect Catering in March 2025. As a recent graduate, Freya brings a fresh perspective and a sharp eye for detail to the Sales team. Freya is focused on crafting compelling proposals and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, she plays a key role in identifying new opportunities, coordinating bid submissions, and ensuring that each proposal reflects Connect Catering’s high standards and tailored approach.

Known for her professionalism and proactive mindset, Freya also brings a calm, can-do attitude to every challenge and a genuine passion for connecting great food with great people.

 

Favourite dish: Korean Army Stew


Fun Fact: Freya spent five years swinging her way through the ranks, proudly playing as part of the Junior BB&O Girls Golf Academy Squad for the BCLGA. She still plays today, purely for the joy of the game.
