Victoria
CEO
Victoria is inspired by high quality fresh food and its impact on health and wellbeing, and she has been involved with Connect behind the scenes over the years. Victoria brings over 20 years of experience from the corporate world. She is dedicated to using her experience in problem solving, process improvement and technical innovation to provide great solutions for a smooth delivery of food service. Always focusing on quality, she’s bringing fresh, customer first insights to the table, to build on Connect’s already impressive strengths.
Louise
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Louise is passionate about standards, quality and sustainability. She has driven Connect’s consistent commitment to these goals. Through her leadership Connect has achieved international accreditations in quality management (ISO 9001), environment (ISO 14001), energy (ISO 50001) and health and safety (ISO 45001). Louise has worked at Connect since 1999 embracing every opportunity to keep Connect innovative, exciting and forward thinking, particularly through the introduction of new technology.
Jane
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Jane firmly believes that the best food is created by quality ingredients. Building a team of Chef’s that share the same values has created a strong platform for excellence, from the preparation of dishes to the high standard of service. Jane has been with Connect for over 26 years and is inspired by food, value and people, principles that are central to both Connect and her own approach. A regular visitor to all sites, Jane focuses on quality, innovation, team building and above all making sure that we continue to deliver outstanding bespoke catering solutions.
Liz
HR DIRECTOR
Liz is dedicated to making Connect an exceptional place to work achieving Investors In People Gold consistently since 2011. Connect achieved No 1 in the Sunday Times best companies to work for and has been placed within the top 5 three times since Liz joined in 2001. She is passionate about support, training and development and drives the business forward with continuous improvements for every member of the Connect team.
