Connect Catering score EXCELLENT in all categories in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023

Connect is pleased to announce that Connect Catering has an employee rating of EXCELLENT across all sectors in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023, a staff led employment survey, including confidence in management and wellbeing.

The Sunday Times employment survey asked over 50% of the Connect employees on categories such as Wellbeing, Empowerment, Instilling Pride and Job Satisfaction. The survey also revealed that Connect’s low staff turnover also scored as EXCELLENT, 31% lower than the industry average.

Kate and Louise, Joint Managing Directors, are delighted with the results, as the company focus is to support each catering team to provide a great service for all their customers.

With an average engagement score of 86% for all categories, Connect was ranked 17% above the industry average. Job satisfaction was measured in the survey and Connect scored an excellent 86%.
